Access is along a lane from the central Chorio vehicle drop off point and is a gentle walk to shops, tavernas, bakeries and bars. 

The house itself is double storey with a typical 19th century layout.  The ground floor is a bedroom with twin beds and has a door opening onto the street.  To the left of this street door there is a flight of external steps going up to the first floor and further up to the roof terrace which is above the kitchen

The first floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room style bathroom and an airy salon/dining room. At the back of the salon there is a traditional screened off area with ladder steps leading up to a moussandra with a three-quarter sized bed. This is suitable either for a couple who don’t mind being cosy or for children. An internal wooden ladder staircase connects the ground floor bedroom to the salon so there is no need to go outside to come up to the living area and bathroom.

The roof terrace has a sweeping view of the Pedi valley and the Vigla, neatly framed by the red roof tops.
The house is fully air-conditioned and this little house combines the best of both worlds.
