Neo-Classical House with Beautiful Views

This conveniently located small neo-classical double storey has been restored as a holiday home sleeping four in two double bedrooms.  Situated on the second tier of houses over-looking Harani boatyard, this villa offers wonderful views with only a minimal climb and few steps.  It is only 5 minutes walk from a beach in one direction and all the amenities of the harbour in the other.

The ground floor of the house comprises a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace.  An external staircase connects this with the upper house. The upper house has a traditional layout with a salon with French doors opening onto a balcony.  Behind the salon is a soufa-style bedroom with traditional built in box bed.  Next to this is a small but well equipped kitchen with microwave, small cooker, fridge-freezer and a washing machine.  Please note, there is no internal bathroom serving the upper level but there is an outside WC fitted with a shower over the basin.

This property has exceptionally good outside space for Symi, with a large outdoor dining area and BBQ with beautiful views.

Ideal for a couple wanting extra space for an occasional overnight guest or visiting family member .  Also suitable for or a small family if the children do not mind sharing a bed.  This property is not really suitable for two couples unless one couple does not mind the more basic bathroom facilities upstairs.  It is also good for those who want the views without the steps and with its exceptional outside space is also a good focal point for a group booking staying in other houses in the same area.
